GRADE 1 (PREMIUM GRADE)
This grade of surgical instrument is the highest quality instrument available in the market. These precision German-quality instruments are forged and handcrafted specifically for RICA by master craftsmen. Using the most exacting standards in the industry, these instruments are manufactured using 410-420 surgical grade stainless steel, which is the best series of steel for maintaining hardness and long service life. Grade 1 instruments provide the surgeon with unfaltering quality, excellent durability, and consistent reliability, and are a great investment.
All instruments in this category include an unconditional lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship and represent the best value based on long term economics. All inserts for tungsten carbide instruments are warranted for three years.
Instruments of this grade are designated with an item number that begins with the prefix number 1 (i.e., 1-XXX). For critical operating room procedures, Grade 1 instruments are recommended.
GRADE 2 (ENHANCED GRADE)
The surgical instruments classified as Grade 2 are high quality instruments that are more affordable than our Grade 1 line. These instruments are manufactured to meet the rigorous standards and daily requirements of the operating room. These instruments are manufactured using 410-420 surgical grade stainless steel. Grade 2 instruments represent a high quality alternative with shorter service life than Grade 1 instruments, and are correspondingly less costly.
All Grade 2 instruments also offer an unconditional lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship.
Instruments of this grade are designated with an item number that begins with the prefix number 2 (i.e., 2-XXX). For less critical operating room procedures, Grade 2 instruments are recommended.
GRADE 3 (STANDARD GRADE)
These surgical instruments are manufactured using surgical stainless steel in Pakistan. This value-driven grade of instrument is recommended for clinic and office use, and for surgical venues where economy is especially prized. This grade of instrument is available for selected surgical instruments routinely used in the exam office or some types of operating rooms.
These instruments are extremely affordable and are characterized as floor-grade. The instruments are ideally suited for non-critical and/or veterinary procedures where price is a primary consideration for purchase.
Instruments of this grade are designated with an item number that begins with the prefix number 3 (i.e., 3-XXX). For many non-operating room procedures, Grade 3 instruments provide performance and value.
