The RICA office is staffed from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. Orders placed will be shipped the same day if placed prior to 2:00 p.m. Orders are shipped via United Parcel Service ground service. The actual shipping charges will be added to the invoiced amount. If you require expedited delivery, please let us know when you place your order. Shipping charges will be added for all PowerZyme Enzymatic Cleaner orders.
