All returns must be pre-approved by RICA Surgical Products, which can be done by contacting RICA at 1-800-889-3218. Authorized returns must be made within sixty (60) days after receipt of the order. Instruments must be unused and in the original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fee on returns over 60 days but before 90 days, a 30% restocking fee on returns over 90 days but before 120 days. No returns will be accepted 120 days after receipt of shipment. Sterile products, which have been opened, returned out of the original package or returned after the sterile expiration date are not returnable.

 Return goods must be shipped freight prepaid to RICA Surgical Products, Inc., 9207 Ivanhoe Street, Schiller Park, Illinois 60176 and be accompanied by a copy of the original packing list and/or invoice. All items are subject to RICAs inspection and acceptance.
