Instrument Repairs

RICA Surgical Products offers a complete and comprehensive state-of-the-art surgical instrument repair service. This service supports our own surgical instruments, but also allows you to have other brand name instruments repaired by our facility.

 

For surgical instrument repairs, send your instruments to:

Include in the shipment a description of the instruments to be repaired, your customer name, address and contact information. This will expedite the processing of your repair.

 

Upon receipt of the instruments, RICA will prepare an estimate of the repair cost and contact your office for approval to proceed with the necessary repairs. Once repaired, the instruments will be sent directly back to your office.

 

If an instrument is unable to be repaired or the cost is unacceptable, RICA can provide an affordable replacement instrument. You will be provided with this option when contacted by RICA.
