Warranty/Guarantee

All RICA Surgical Products manufactured surgical instruments are supported by our written lifetime guarantee, except Grade 3 surgical instruments. The instruments available in Grade 3 are designed for limited use and not supported by RICAs guarantee. RICAs unique 3-year warranty supports all tungsten carbide insert instruments.

Guarantee 

All RICA brand surgical instruments are manufactured to our high standards and have an unconditional lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. Any RICA surgical instrument which proves to be defective in workmanship or materials, will either be repaired or replaced free of charge. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear. Misuse, modifications made to any instrument, and/or repair by other than an authorized facility will void this guarantee.

 

 

All RICA brand surgical instruments with tungsten carbide inserts are warranted for three years. RICA will replace these inserts at no charge for the first three years after purchase.
